These rights are known as intellectual property rights and the law relating to these rights is meant to protect them.
The basic objective of this certificate course is to engage various stakeholders in the practical aspects of Intellectual Property Rights. It also targets at the understanding of various intellectual property rights such as Copyright, Patent, and Trademark etc. along with the interplay of Taxation Law and Competition Law with IPR.
